Your viewscreen flickers and the TCNN theme beings to play as TCNN anchor Claire Drummont appears on your screen.
"Claire Drummont here for TCNN Breaking News, coming to you from only the second time outside the Teraab sector. Outside of even the Taldot sector, which declared for the Coalition not nine months ago. We are today in the Sloo sector, on the planet Lorahns, roughly 40 parsecs south of Teraab which has now completed the trinity of sectors in the Triumvirate Coalition. A planet that long ago segregated itself from the rest of the galaxy due to it's populations' radical religious beliefs, Lorahns has now returned to galactic prominence after Coalition scouts found the planet uninhabited and established several forward settlements."
Chief Petty Officer Kex upon discovering the single-planet system of Lorahns.
"The Coalition scouting party, under the banner of the ongoing Operation New Horizons and formed by officers of 2nd Fleet and the Naval Architecture department, achieved success through the actions of Chief Petty Officer Bacara Kex, the seasoned veteran who discovered Lorahns on Year 14 Day 48. They were joined in the campaign of colonisation by Logistics pilots and all three Consuls: Jar-Tan Kem, Dero Racto and Mephiston Leonatos in yet another display of Coalition resourcefulness and strength."
Consul Kem inspects one of the many derelict temples on Lorahns.
"Coalition scientists who arrived on the scene shortly after Coalition officers had set initial outposts the system reported that those previously know to have inhabited the planet, the long-forgotten Order of Ffib, to have all died out a hundred years ago in a tragic civil war that ravaged the planet. Few intact temples of the Order remain intact to provide ongoing research opportunities for Triumvirate archeologists, but the Coalition command see another, more practical, use for the planet. We recorded this statement earlier as we toured one of these temples."
Consul Jar-Tan Kem
"This planet of Lorahns, while it has significant interest from many scientific quarters, also holds the key for the Coalition's future relationships with our allies in the Galactic Alliance. As has been pointed out by numerous sources over the years, the Triumvirate forces are the only current Alliance members who have their entire region of control away from the southern half of the galaxy. With the discovery of this planet by Chief Petty Officer Kex, we now have a direct link to the South, which from a military point of view is essential to the continued future of the Coalition as the Galactic Civil War heats up and battlelines are drawn. We also welcome the Falleen Federation, long-time allies and friends, as direct neighbours for the first time since the First Triumvirate was borne out of their esteemed ranks, led by the venerable Gilbert Taylor.
"It is also my great pleasure to announce that all the men and women of the Triumvirate Coalition and it's subsidiaries who participated in the discovery and colonisation of Lorahns to be awarded the Lorahns Campaign ribbon with our thanks for their loyal and dedicated service to once more expanding the Coalition we all love."

"And there we have it Coalitoners! The Triumvirate Coalition now not only represents a trinity of Consuls, but also a trinity of sectors. Truly in this government the number three is blessed. Wherever you are tonight be sure to raise a glass to the Coalition and the newest addition to our great government, you can be sure that there will be more than a few toasts as the sun sets over here on the proud new citizens of Lorahns!"
