TST promotions and new leadership |

As the TST logo fades away you see the interior of a large rooms filled with sentients of all races, milling about. The noise stops as Udo Varoo, TST's second in command, a large Hutt slithers through the crowd and up the ramp to the podium.
Welcome everyone!
Welcome to today's Triumvirate Space Technologies ceremony! We will start today's session by acknowledging the efforts of our members. First of all I would call Grim Fandango to the stage, but he has informed me he would not be present today, apparently he had to go attend a boxing match today. Recently he has recovered from a bad bout of the RL sickness and has made every effort to make up for time lost. As such, I would like to promote him to System Programmer!
Sadly enough our next member, Auzar Thornian could also not make it today. I expect he is cooped up in the dark somewhere with his droids. Personally I think there is a limit to how much any man should love his droids, but we are a Coalition with respect for everyone. At this Udo smiles Anyway, I'm sure he'll be happy to hear he is being rewarded for his hard work and is being promoted to Technical Specialist! well done!
Our next member is actually present, could System Programmer Rubeon please come up to the stage? Blenheim, ever since joining us you have made every effort to learn and better yourself. You have proven yourself to be an especially active and hardworking member of the Coalition, and not just at TST but in the Coalition as a whole. in order to reward you for your efforts I would like to promote you to Mechanical Engineer!

"Next up we have TST's leader, Consul Racto who would like to say a few words."
Consul Racto walks up to the stage, joining Udo Varoo and sips from a bottle before speaking.
First,thank you all for joining us here... Most of you...know me (or not ) as someone who don't walk away from challenges... 4 years ago...They presented me the challenge to lead TST. While it isn't up for me to say I did a good job...I know for myself...I did my best...and enjoyed it. When we, as coalition entered the 7th Triumvirate...They presented me a new challenge...The challenge to lead our Government together with my fellow Consuls,Consul Kem & Consul Leonatos. Once again...I accepted...
Leading the Government,brings more responsibilities for me...And for that reason...I want to be able to focus my full strength on our Government...on TC as a whole. That's why I announce today for you all, I step down as leader of TST...While I have Mr. Varoo still with me on stage here....I'm gladly to say...That due his younger age then mine...He will do great things,when he follows me up as leader...
and brings TST to a higher level then we operate now...
So...Mr.Varoo...are you up for that challenge I present you?
Udo clears his throat and starts to speak
Consul Racto, whilst I fear it will be very difficult to live up to your deeds over the last few years, I humbly accept
Consul Racto returns to the microphone and lays a hand on Udo's shoulder, flinching slightly as he does so.
Udo,my big good Hutt...for you excellent work you did for TST & as my 2IC...I'm glad I can promote you...and give you the rank of Praetor
From the crowd Consul Leonatas floats a small box with the new rank pins over to Dero with the force, which Consul Racto pins onto the Hutt's uniform.

Thank you very much Consuls, I feel very honoured. In the many years Consul Racto has run TST he has achieved some amazing things; built a massive defensive fleet, built a number of Home Ones, and prepared the infrastructure for TST to run smoothly and efficiently. I will do my absolute best to ensure your efforts have not gone wasted! I would now like to call Mr Environmental Consultant Noa from TMC onto the stage.

Every leader needs a competent 2IC. Mr. Noa has been an important member of the Coalition for many years now and it is time he was offered a position worthy of his skills. Oli, would you like to accept the position of TST's 2IC? Environmental Consultant Noa faces the crowd and begins to speak Yes I do Mr Varoo, I would also like to say a few words please. Hello all, first I wanted to say how honered I feel to get this opportunity from TST. I want you all to know that I will fill my job with enormous dedication. I love TMC for ever, but this is something i need to do,..I will never forget you guys and Mr Jack Ball, many thx for all these years of great guidance. Back to you Mr Varoo, thanks for this opportunity

Udo continues Oli, you will also receive the rank of Shipyard Manager upon starting your duties at TST, congratulations! I believe Praetor Ball from TMC would like the opportunity to say something too, would you like to come to the stage Praetor? Praetor Ball walks onto the stage, and begins to speak. Mr Noa has been with us for many years. We wish to honor him with a medal that reflects his service. I present you with the TMC Distinguished Service medal. He pins the award to Shipyard Manager Noa's uniform.

For a sec I thought that another person is retiring but it's good to hear Dero and his bottle is still here
