The TMC logo fades away to reveal the well known face of TMC Praetor Jack Ball, wearing his crimson Armour, standing on a Podium.
On his sides sit Tandis Valeek and Sidroc Krogal, both in their Departement's uniform.
The noise of the gathered crowd dies down as Jack clears his throat.

Ladies and Gentlemen of TC, TST and especially TMC, it is a pleasure to welcome you to tonights TMC ceremony.
With the retirement of Mr Cabal and Mr Noa moving to TST we recently lost two fine officers. But still, the big red machine that is TMC marches on!
Our Departements have worked even harder to make up for Mr Cabal and Mr Noa. This effort has not gone unnoticed and therefore we will award and promote
these hard working members of the Coalition!




Let's start with Mr Krogal's Extraction Departement. The latest addition to the team, Mr Falkrowe, has been working hard from his first day onward. Therefore I
promote him to the rank of Rig Operator!

Next up, our very own Duros, Mr Londion. His smiling face is seen in his mines every day, he manages to keep his workers motivated even after a mine collaps.
His hauls are therefore very stable so I am happy to promote him to the rank of Blast Supervisor!

Our next member, Mr Michaels, is also very reliable, always happy to help and moving RMs like a mad man. Not a single day passes without him reporting about another drop.
Therefore I promote him to the rank of Geophysicist!

And last but not least, the man who keeps this lot organised and still manages to haul himself. Mr Krogal, for your hard work I promote you to the rank of Mine Controller!

Let's move on to the awards. Both Mr Krogal and Mr Londion show that it is worth keeping your eyes open during mining, as they discovered a large amount of new
Deposits! Therefore I award you two with the Tomb Raider Gold medal.

And although he recently left TMC, Mr Noa has been with us for quite some time, so I award him with the Extraction Legend award!

Now to our second Departement: Prospection. They just finished helping out the Falleen Federation with some prospecting work, and work hard to prospect every
grid of TC territory for unfound Deposits as well. We will start with promotions.

Our first member is Ms Wynnkest. Our tall girl is not only working 24 hours a day, 7 days the week, but she also manages to find deposits left and right!
Therefore I promote her to the rank of Mineral Explorer!

Next up is our Pink Stormtrooper, Mr Dean. Some people wonder if there is a robot underneath this helmet as he works like he needs no sleep. And although he
is no robot but Siniteen I promote him to the rank of Chemical Engineer!

And of course we got some awards to hand out to our prospectors as well.

First up, we got the Sparrow's Sight medal, for prospecting 10 grids. This medal goes to Mr Pradeux and Ms Wynnkest!

The next award, the Eagle's Eyes medal, is awarded to those who have prospected 100 planetary grids. Ms Wynnkest just hit this number so I award this medal to you!

The last, and biggest of this set of awards, is the Hawk's Vision medal. The 1000 grids it needs to prospect to gain this award is a huge number, and therefore I am very happy to finally award this to Mr Valeek.

But not only did our prospectors discover new deposits, some of those are even the biggest TC has seen so far! Therefore I award the Golden Spyglass medal to Mr Pradeux, Ms Wynnkest and Mr Valeek!
