The Senate

The senate is a body made up of the people, for the people. Members from all of the Coalition, no matter what their background, race, political sway or rank, may run for Senator and thus allowing for a massively diverse group. The only exception to this rule is that a member of the Chambers cannot run, but can vote. Running for Senator can be a stressful process but this rarely deters hopefuls who spend their campaign traveling Centrality, talking to the people and discussing policy. This cumulates in a public vote in which five Senators are elected and the Senate is formed, every three months this system is repeated to ensure a current, popular and effective body. Should the Senate for any reason be unable to fulfill its role it may be dissolved by decision of the Chambers and a new one re-elected. Many people visit the building in which the Senate meets which is both grand and inspiring as it towers gracefully into the Renatasian sky. The top most level provides the actual meeting room for the Senate. In the center of the room is a massive circular holotable around which the Senate meets and debates, this is circled by a number of structural pillars which also house displays feeding information from all of the Coalition to the Senate. Finally a massive wall of glass, which provides a panoramic view of Renatasia, encloses the room.
Election Process:
1. Each campaigner announces their intentions and then posts a speech about themself. This speech will be the driving force for their campaign and include things such as their background and their policy

These two stages will last 1 week
3. The vote is then opened and at this stage no further people may join the campaign. Every TC member has the right to vote and votes for his/her choices.
